For Invited Speakers

Accommodation of all the invited speakers will be arranged in the institute guest house. Invited speakers are requested to contact Accommodation team for the guest room booking. It is requested to all the speakers to fill the Google form to provide the travel details. (Link)

For Participants

Participants have to arrange their accommodation during the conference. Accommodation to a limited number of participants will be provided in RICEM hostels. Therefore, it is recommended to all the participants to contact to VIII SEEC Accommodation team for getting a confirmed hostel accommodation.
