Guidelines to Authors

Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation and Submission

You can submit your work in one page abstract.

(1) A sample MS-Word file of the abstract is available. Click here to find the Template for Abstract.

(2) The maximum limit for the manuscript is 4 pages. Detailed information is furnished in the abstract format.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

(1) The official language of the event is English.

(2) Limited number of Contributed Oral Presentations will be selected and the presenters will be informed about the decision in this regard.

(3) Your allocated time is 10 minutes, which includes 6 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of Q&A.

(4) Please keep your presentation limited to 8 slides and do not spend too much time on introduction. Literature review should be avoided.

(5) Presentation soft copy should be made available to the organizers by 10th December 2022 (email: iseesconference@gmail.com). Please put “Presentation and abstract ID” in the subject line.

(6) Uploading the presentation before 9 am on the day of presentation in the conference laptop will be the responsibility of the presenter/s.

(7) You can check the conference website for the schedule and session of your oral presentation.

(8) Top three contributed oral presentation in each track (3 tracks; each having 18-20 presentations) will be selected by the technical review committee for Awards in the valedictory session of the conference. Judge’s decision will be final in this regard.

Guidelines for Poster and Rapid Fire Presentation

(1) The official language of the event is English.

(2) Limited number of posters will be selected and the presenters will be informed about the decision.

(3) Size of poster should be A0 (1189 mm x 841 mm). Three column, Portrait format should be used. 18 font size for text and 24 for title (Or higher) should be used. Times New Roman font should be used. Figures should be large enough to be clearly visible and of high quality.

(4) Poster’s soft copy should be made available to the organizers by 10th December 2022 (email: iseesconference@gmail.com). Please put “Poster and abstract ID” in the subject line.

(5) Printing the poster and putting them up for display will be the responsibility of the presenter/s.

(6) Poster will be exhibited during the workshop and authors are expected to be there during the poster sessions.

(7) The posters should be put up on the morning of the day of poster session.

(8) Each Poster has to be presented in rapid-fire poster presentation where four minutes will be given for the presentation and one minute for question & answer. The final evaluation will be based on the poster presentation and rapid fire round.

(9) You can check the conference website for the schedule and track of your poster.

(10) Top posters in each track (12 tracks; each having 8-12 posters) will be selected by the technical review committee for Awards in the valedictory session of the conference. Judge’s decision will be final in this regard.

(11) Please complete the registration formalities as soon as possible.

(12) Poster presentation schedule can be downloaded from the website.
